Mindfulness & Gratitude An Everyday Practice:
Cultivating Presence and Gratitude in Our Lives
Live On Line Meditation Workshop with
Saturday, November 21, 2-4PM
Every day, think as you wake up: Today I am fortunate to have woken up. I am alive, I have a precious human life. I am not going to waste it.
~The Dalai Lama
The changing landscape of our lives has been challenging for all of us lately, we may struggle with uncertainty and feel overwhelmed. This is an opportunity to practice in community, opening our hearts, minds and bodies to the present moment. Even when the terrain of life is rocky and we feel unsteady we can drop into loving presence and bring our attention to the beauty of the moment. Each day we are invited to notice that which we are grateful for….the breath, the body, this moment to be alive. Be present to your life just as it is in this moment, with a sense of kindness and gratitude. Life becomes our curriculum and every situation becomes an opportunity to give thanks for what arises.
