A Yoga House Tradition

Give yourself the gift of Restorative Yoga blending peaceful and gently supported poses with breath, sound, essential oils, meditation and harp music. This profoundly healing practice will encourage you to take the time to turn inward and experience the deepest possible state of meditation, relaxation, peace and joy during one of the busiest times of the year. This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels.
HANNAH KAPP, C-IAYT is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has personally practiced yoga since the late 90’s. She received her B.F.A. in modern dance with a minor in kinesiology from Temple University. She graduated from the 4 year yoga therapy program at Loyola Marymount University. She fulfilled her clinical internship at Venice Family Clinic under Dr. Myles Spar, MD. Hannah has an integrated approach understanding the validity of both eastern and western medicine. Hannah also holds certifications in Aromatherapy and Energetic Healing modalities. May we begin to understand that health is holistic balance.
