A Yoga Tune Up® Workshop with Sarah Court
Saturday, March 25 2:00 - 4:00
Does your daily commute take a toll on your tush? Is your desk schlumping your shoulders? Deliver self-care directly to your inbox! This Yoga Tune Up® workshop with Sarah Court will address the specific dysfunctions caused by modern life. The car, the desk, the plane and the computer can all create physical compromise throughout our bodies. The good news is, we can undo it! Sarah will begin with innovative self-massage techniques to soothe your gnarly neck, scrunched shoulders, wretched wrists, locked low back, sore seat and tired toes. She’ll follow up with targeted therapeutic movements to restore ease of movement and healthy posture, while showing how you can scale these techniques for use at work or home. Appropriate for students of all levels.
