Sunday, February 19, 1-3 PM • Shoulder Focus towards Down Dog
Break down Down Dog before your Dog has a breakdown. Shoulder mobility, or lack thereof, can create multiple obstacles for doing this pose efficiently

to help you connect with the innermost abdominals to improve your performance of every category of backbend.
TRINA ALTMAN is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher Trainer, STOTT PILATES® certified instructor and a graduate of YOGAspirit Studio's 500-Hour
Yoga Therapy Program. She teaches weekly Yoga Tune Up® classes throughout Los Angeles, and trains yoga teachers in anatomy and in Yoga Tune Up®
