In a world full of distractions and wanting, it’s necessary to learn practices to bring your attention to the gifts you have, the abundance that is
before you and the rich/meaningful life you’re living. This workshop is an opportunity to cultivate practices that bring awareness of gratitude,
appreciation and thanks to ourselves, to others and the world around us.
Using the ropes in our yoga practice can help us explore asanas differently. We will play with movement and connection to understand our range of motion, learn how to leverage, work muscularly, gain extension through traction, and deepen flexion by using gravity in new ways.
Give yourself the gift of Restorative Yoga blending peaceful and gently supported poses with breath, sound, essential oils, meditation and harp music. This profoundly healing practice will encourage you to take the time to turn inward and experience the deepest possible state of peace and joy during one of the busiest times of the year.
Join us for a special evening of sound led by Jamie Bechtold, sound healer and yoga teacher. Relax in savasana as the healing tones of planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls bathe you in vibration, helping you reach deep states of relaxation and meditation. You will leave feeling "re-tuned," with a sense of restored balance in your body, mind, and spirit.
